Reflection — AI is 70% a people problem

The framework BCG sees among leaders who succeed: 70% of the effort goes to people, processes and culture; 20% to data and technology; just 10% to algorithms. In other words, the tool is the easy part — adoption is the real work.

The action: on your next AI project, count the time spent bringing teams on board and redesigning the process; if it's less than the time spent on technology, rebalance.
